Mr. Nowak is an avid golfer and active member of the community, currently serving as a member of the Florida Leadership Council of the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB), and having previously served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of South Palm Beach, the Board of the YMCA of South Palm Beach County, the Advisory Board of the Boca Raton Museum of Art, as Co-Chairman of the Palm Beach County Business Development Board Industrial Revenue Bond Task Force, and as a recurring volunteer for the Palm Beach County Food Bank.
